Nelson County: This sale includes 1,836± acres in Nelson County which will be offered in 31 tracts. One portion of the property is improved with a circa 1790 manor house and guest house, detached garage and pool house with in-ground pool. Some of the other improvements include a second estate home, barns, silos, farm manager’s house, tenant houses and an office.

A separate area of the property features a poultry facility with two state-of-the-art hen houses constructed in 2007. One is an 18,240± sq. ft. rearing house and the other a 56,608± sq. ft. laying house designed for free-range egg production.
