Nestled at the east slope of the Big Horn Mountains, Steele Creek Ranch is a working mountian cattle ranch estate in the heart of Wyoming’s trophy-hunting region. The ranch occupies 2,562+/- total acres, and will be selling in two parcels. Mountain Parcel (1) includes 1,060+/- deeded acres, with another 480+/- acres of Wyoming lease land and 200+/- acres BLM lease. Front Parcel (2) has 135+/- acres of adjudicated water rights from Simmons Reservoir and Steele Creek. Steele Creek, a perennial spring fed stream, runs throughout the property providing year round water for wildlife. This creek could potentially be augmented to create adjacent pond fisheries. Simmons Reservoir, approximately 5+/- acres in size, has historically supported a trout fishery, and is maintained by flows from Steele Creek.
